Finn Harps Academy offer free activity resources to schools and clubs

AS PART of Active School Week, Finn Harps Academy are making some of their vast resources available for schools.

Last month, Kevin McHugh, the Head of Finn Harps Academy, offered the free resources to clubs – and ended up with requests from all over the world.

Now, for Active School Week, McHugh has renewed the offer.

National ‘Active School Week’ takes place every April and is a really enjoyable part of the school year for many children.

“We are making other material available to the schools in the coming month as we are aware the schools are using this material to interact with their pupils,’ McHugh told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub.

“What a perfect opportunity to go and fine tune the skills of whatever sport you’re into. Active Week is also about trying out a new sport – you could end up loving it.”

McHugh has encouraged parents who are not into sport or parents of kids who do not play sport to take up an activity for Active School Week.

“The message from us is to take up some sport and get active,” he said.

“We have plenty of resources and we’re delighted to reach out to the schools and help out in the communities.”

Schools who wish to avail of the opportunity are asked to contact the Finn Harps Academy at admin@finnharpsacademy.com
