Two Buncrana men have finally put the brakes on their gruelling charity challenge, which has come to a successful end.
Oisin O’Flaherty and Conor Mulkerns spent their entire day enduring a punishing ‘Iron Man on the Ergs’ challenge at O’Flaherty Fitness and Performance.
Together they each pushed themselves through a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) ski, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile (42.20 km) row – all on stationary machines in the gym.
All their efforts have raised almost €15,500 for i.C.A.R.E and the White Oaks Addiction Treatment & Rehab Centre.
