Donegal Mountain Rescue called out to assist walkers

Members of the Donegal Mountain Rescue Team have been called out to assist a group of walkers.

The walkers, who are out in the Lough Altan area, called for assistance.

It is not known if any of the walkers are injured.

DMRT responded to the call around 2pm.

Further updates to follow as we get them.

UPDATE:The walkers are now safely off the hills and DMRT have been stood down.
