Job Vacancy: Leading company requires part-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Harold J Wilson Ltd in Raphoe are currently recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their team.

Job Details:

• Contract type: Part-time/Permanent
• Hours of work: 16 – 20 hours
• Salary: Negotiable and depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple clerical duties, including serving customers, answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing and preparing documents
• Processing invoices, credit control and maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
• Importing data to different programs
• Assisting in the preparation of bank reconciliation
• Maintaining price-lists

Essential Criteria:

• Previous bookkeeping/administrative experience
• Experience filing VAT, VIES and Intrastat returns
• Ability to work towards and achieve deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing with customers
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide support and flexibility
• Experience working in a fast-paced office
• Highly organised, with a high attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
