Job Vacancy: Accounts Assistant/Office Administrator required

Job Vacancy: An Electrical Contractors Company in the Letterkenny Area is currently recruiting for an accounts staff member to join their team.

Our client is a progressive expanding construction company with over 20 employees.

Duties to include:

• Office administration
• Posting accounts on Sage
• Preparation and filing of VAT Returns
• Operation of the Payroll system & Filing of PAYE Returns
• Project Management
• RCT returns
• Debtors / Creditors ledgers
• Bank reconciliation accounts
• Assist with tenders process and e-tenders

A good knowledge of Sage, BrightPay Payroll Software would be a distinct advantage.
