Our client, a long established business based in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, has the following vacancy:
IT Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs.
Responsibilities include managing information technology and computer systems; planning, organising, controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations; ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems; responding to user and management needs; identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time.
Requirements include proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience; excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems; expertise in data management and data governance; hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
