JT Physiotherapy and Reformer Pilates in Letterkenny are recruiting for a full-time Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Management of online clinic management systems
- Reception duties – Answering and forwarding calls
- Dealing with email and phone queries
- Filing and maintaining documents
- Supporting and planning and sales process
- Delivering agreed sales strategies via Mailchimp and social media
- Data entry
- Maintaining a tidy office/reception area and assisting Physios with the upkeep of their work areas (Professional cleaners are in weekly, but where necessary, assisting in cleaning mid-week may be necessary)
- Monthly stock check
- Upkeep of website and assisting with social media
Qualifications and Experience:
- Detail focused with excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Motivated with a ‘positive can do’ attitude
- A minimum of 24 months relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have a proficient background in MS Office tools
- Proficient in using social media/Mailchimp
- A keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and someone who can work on their own initiative
- Have the ability to engage with the team and provide support and flexibility
