FINN Harps have been handed a home tie in the FAI Cup quarter-finals.

Harps will host Cup holders Shamrock Rovers in November in the last eight.

A double strike from Alexander Kogler secured a 2-0 win for Harps at First Division Bray Wanderers after an early goal by Ryan Connolly earned a 1-0 win against St Patrick’s Athletic in the opening round.

Shamrock Rovers last night took on the might of Italian giants AC Milan, who won 2-0 in the Europa League in Tallaght. Swedish ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic opened the scoring before Hakan Çalhanoğlu added a second.

The quarter-finals will take place in November.
