DONEGAL jockey Luke McAteer recorded the third win of a successful week yesterday evening.

McAteer won the Naas Nursery Handicap on Verbal Fencing.

The Donegal man was the comfortable victor in the saddle of the Jim Bolger-trained 7/2 favourite.

After getting the lead just under two furlongs from the post, McAteer and Verbal Fencing powered on to claim an easy win.

On Tuesday, McAteer won on 33/1 shot Na Caith Tobac and 4/1 punt Kaluz at Tipperary
