A 30 year old man has pleaded guilty to assaulting another man and demanding payment for debt from him.
Colin Kelly, of Orchard Drive, Donegal Town appeared at Donegal Circuit Court.
He pleaded guilty to assaulting Christopher Foy on July 1st, 2018 at Drumbruce, Donegal Town, demanding payment for a debt and also causing him alarm and distress.
His barrister, Mr Peter Nolan, asked the court to adjourn the case for sentencing until the next sitting of the court.
