JONNY Carlin has left League of Ireland First Division side Cabinteely.

The Crossroads native spent two years at Stradbrook and established himself as a favourite among supporters.

Carlin, though, has confirmed that he will be moving on to pastures new for the 2021 season.

Carlin moved to Cabinteely after a successful spell at Kildrum Tigers in the Donegal League Premier Division at the beginning of 2019.

The defender was on the books of Finn Harps up to Under-19 level.

Great club, enjoyed every moment of my time there and can only wish them every success going forward. 🟢⚪️ https://t.co/96eJTCRZWe
