Met Eireann has issued a weather warning for Donegal due to heavy rain today.
Heavy rainfall this Tuesday will lead to accumulations of up to 30mm, the forecaster warns, with higher accumulations in mountainous areas.
There will be a risk of some river and localised flooding.
The alert is in place from 11am until 9pm tonight.
AA Roadwatch is advising motorists to slow down on wet roads and only drive through standing water if you’re sure it’s not too deep for your vehicle.
