Letterkenny Youth and Community Club has been given the green light to convert the former St Vincent de Paul charity shop to a youth club.
The proposed development will consist of new toilets, games room, pool room and computer suite.
Situated at 63 Lower Main Street, the former Deja Vu outlet is currently in a dilapidated state.
The club has secured a 30-year lease on the premises from its owner, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, according to planning documents.
