Job Vacancy: Office administrator sought by Donegal company

An office administrator is required for a busy waste disposal and recycling company located in North West Donegal.

The successful candidate must be reliable, focussed individual who can work as part of a high paced, flexible team.

Main Duties include:

* Inputting and processing data accurately into company database
* Issuing of invoices, and processing payments
* Dealing with customer queries
* Filing & maintaining documentation
* General office duties as required

Essential Criteria:

* Experience working in fast-paced team environment
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficient in MS Office tools (MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Access)
* Highly organised, consistent, with attention to detail and ability work on own initiative
* Have the ability to engage with co-workers and to provide support & flexibility
* Experience in a similar role essential
