A CAR was set alight in a field close to Letterkenny town last week.
Gardaí are appealing for information after a car was set ablaze in a field in the Glencar Irish area of Letterkenny.
The incident occurred last Tuesday, February 2.
Gardaí were alerted shortly after 7.30pm to a car on fire. The fire brigade was called and the blaze extinguished.
Gardaí are asking for anyone who saw the car, a blue 07 registration Renault.
