A man caught with dozens of images of child pornography on his phone has been sent forward for trial at Letterkenny Circuit Court.
Donard McLarnon appeared at Falcarragh District Court today where he was served with a book of evidence.
He will appear at the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court on April 20th next.
Garda Eugene Organ previously told the court that he arrested the 51-year-old at Cuan na Tira, Kerrykeel.
However, his solicitor, Mr Patsy Gallagher said his client had since moved from that address and his new address had not been disclosed.
McLarnon is charged with knowingly having in his possession child pornography to wit, 86 images and also two videos contained on an iPhone 6plus.
McLarnon is currently on bail.
They include that he surrenders his passport, signs on weekly at Milford Garda station, be of good behaviour and remain in contact with Gardai by mobile phone.
Mr Gallagher also sought legal aid which was granted and also requested a second legal counsel to represent his client which Judge Paul Kelly agreed to.
