Taoiseach indicates that 5km limit could be eased on Easter Monday

TAOISEACH Micheál Martin has indicated that some Level 5 measures, such as the 5km travel for exercise, could be eased on Easter Monday.

Martin has said that some restrictions such as the 5km limit, outdoor activity, sport and construction may be lifted on that date.

Martin told a Fianna Fáil parliamentary party meeting that those areas would be under consideration ahead of April 5.

That is dependent on advice from the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET).
