Job vacancy: Mantis Cranes seek accounts assistant

Mantis Cranes Ireland Ltd located in the Finn Valley area are looking to recruit:

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the role shall include:

• Responsibility for up-to-date sales and purchase ledger
• Dealing with client queries and credit control
• Preparing monthly payment runs
• General office duties to include telephone, petty cash, etc

The successful candidate will hold: 

• Qualified Accounting Technician or similar qualification
• Min 3 years in an account’s office in a similar role
• Good IT skills to include working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all personnel

Initially a 1-year contract, however it may lead to a full-time position to the suitable candidate.
