A number of high speed detections were reported in Donegal over Bank Holiday Monday, with one driver clocked speeding as fast as 134km/h.
Roads Policing Units were out conducting speed checks in Buncrana and Letterkenny on Monday.
Three drivers in the Letterkenny area were found travelling at speeds of 134km/h, 127km/h and 126km/h.
Meanwhile, the Buncrana Roads Policing Unit detected a motorist travelling at 89km/h in a 50km/h zone.
Gardaí took to Facebook this morning to plead with motorists to slow down and arrive alive, because #SpeedKills.
