– Deli Manager / Artisan Baker
– Retail Sales Assistant
– Ice Cream Server
– Barista / Cafe Assistant
All roles are Full Time and include working weekends and holidays as required.

Deli Manager / Artisan Baker –
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the preparation of a wide range of artisan cakes, pastries, sandwiches and traybakes. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has worked in a cafe, deli or bakery environment. We also want the successful candidate to oversee and ensure that all aspects of the cafe run smoothly including ordering supplies. A keen interest and experience in making pastry, cakes and sweet treats as well as gluten free and vegan products would be an advantage.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to –
– Managing production and display of products on a day to day basis
– Producing high quality, consistent baked goods at all times
– New product development
– Upholding food hygiene and health and safety procedures, ensuring full and complete records are maintained at all times.
– We are looking for a team members who take initiative and thrive on being busy.
The ideal candidate will be constantly looking for new recipes and an amazing attention to detail.

Retail Sales Assistant –
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Gift Shop at Slieve League Cliffs Centre. We stock a wide variety of Irish Products and souvenirs including Knitwear, Blankets, Scarves, Prints and Candles.
Requirements & Role Includes :
– Welcoming and assisting customers
– Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
– Driving sales through providing customers with comprehensive knowledge of all products
– Providing advice and help to customers
– Merchandising and general upkeep within the store
– Replenishing stock levels to ensure availability on the floor at all times
– General housekeeping/cleaning duties
– Experience in a retail role preferred.

Ice Cream Server –
We are looking for an energetic member to join our team at our new Ice Cream Parlour. If you consider yourself a friendly and creative person, we would love to talk to you about opportunities within the Ti Linn Cafe at the Slieve League Cliffs Centre.
Requirements & Role Includes :
- Serving customers ice cream politely and efficiently
- Preparing crepes
- Cleaning and Maintaining the counter and equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food service role preferred.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient when busy.
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Enthusiasm for all things Ice cream and crepes!
- Can work to recipes and be a team player.
- Must have excellent people skills.

Barista / Cafe Assistant –
An exciting opportunity to work as part of a team at Ti Linn Cafe at the Slieve League Cliffs Centre.
Requirements & Role Includes :
- Greeting customers and to deliver exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
- Assist customers to improve their knowledge of both food and beverages
- Preparing hot beverages such as Coffees & Teas.
- Merchandise and present the cafe to the highest standards
- Serving food
- Ensure that all the cafe area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Have previous experience in the hospitality sector / in a cafe environment
- Barista experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Passion for food, coffee and a positive attitude customer
