Another 377 cases of Covid has been reported today by the Department of Health.
There is no breakdown of cases for each county.
However, Donegal still has the second highest incidence rate of the virus per 100,000 people.
There are also 26 Covid-patients in ICUs across the country.
In Northern Ireland, the Department of Health there reported 54 new cases and no further deaths.
An easing of more regulations came into place across Ireland today with pubs and cafes being allowed to offer outdoor dining.
Local authorities in cities across the country, including Dublin, Cork and Galway, have pedestrianised a number of streets, along with installing additional public toilets and bins as part of efforts to facilitate an outdoor focused summer.
However, people are still being urged to continue adhering to the public health guidelines such as social distancing and avoiding crowds.
