The main Doochary to Glendowan Road will be closed today (Fri) and Monday next.
Donegal County Council said the closure is due to the essential road works.
The R254 Doochary – Glendowan road at Commeen will be blocked from 8am to 6pm today, Friday 18th June and again from 8am to 6pm on Monday 21st June.
The road will re-open in the evenings and over the weekend.
The exact location of the road closure is between Doochary Village and Loughbarra at Commeen.
The Diversion route will be via the R252 through Fintown, R250 into Newmills and the R251 into Glendowan and Churchill.
Donegal County Council apologises for any inconvenience which this may cause.
