Donegal sites and properties going under the hammer

Four properties in Donegal are set to go under the hammer today at O’Donnellan & Joyce’s live-stream auction.

A site in Kilcar, two commercial units in Carndonagh and an office in Letterkenny are included in today’s lots.


New Line House in Letterkenny will be auctioned with tenants in place. The property, with an Advised Minimum Value of €75,000, includes two self-contained ground floor commercial units situated within a mixed use development. The offices are currently occupied by Letterkenny Youth & Family Services and Albert Strain & Associates.

In Carndonagh, a mid terraced commercial property is for sale at a €65,000 AMV. The property comprises of a ground floor unit, currently trading as a takeaway and overhead accommodation.

Another premises on Pound Street Carndonagh is being auctioned with an AMV of €55,000. This is a mixed use commercial premises comprising of a ground commercial unit with two self contained one bedroomed apartments overhead.

The live-stream auction also has a 1.21 acre site in Kilcar going under the hammer at a €20,000 AMV. The site has road frontage onto the R263 which is the main route to Killybegs Town.
