Keogh, Cunningham win Tir Chonaill AC 10k and 5k – Where did you finish?

DIARMAIT Keogh was the winner of today’s Tir Chonaill AC Summer 10k.

The Finn Valley AC man led home the field in 33 minutes and 15 seconds.

Finn Valley’s John McElhill (33:34) was second with Nenagh Olympic’s Gary Scully (33:59) in third.

Letterkenny AC’s Eimear Gormley was the leading female, her 39:42 earning her eighth overall.

Martin Cunningham of Tir Chonaill AC won the 5k race in 15:47 followed by Shane Hayes and Cormac Carlin.

The leading female in the 5k was Lifford-Strabane’s Linda McGrath, in 19:55.
