Receptionist/Reservation Agent
Task, Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
- Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve them immediately
- Take hotel reservations for rooms and dinner bookings
Essential Requirements
- Minimum two years in a similar, luxury 4/5 star hotel
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
- A natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
Experience in revenue management systems is desirable
Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is an advantage

Breakfast Waiter/Waitress

- Meet, greet and serve our guests to Harvey’s Point standard
- Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
- Deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
- Upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point
- Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
- Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
Essential Requirements
- available to work 8 AM – 3 PM weekdays and weekends
- Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
Previous experience is desirable but not essential
This role does not have split shifts and is flexible with both part-time and full-time positions available

- Clean and Service bedrooms to the highest standard in line with hotel policies
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness is kept at all times.
