Chef/Cook for Abbey Vocational School, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal
Chef/Cook for Mulroy College, Milford, Co. Donegal
The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Canteen.
• Menu Planning – Ensure that food preparation & production is carried out to the highest standard and ready in time prior to each service.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety Procedures.
Catering Assistants for P.C.C Falcarragh, Falcarragh, Co. Donegal
Catering Assistants for Loreto Convent, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal
Catering Assistant for Magh Ene College, Bundoran, Co. Donegal
The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
• Working well under instructions from the chef /cook.
• Handling of Cash, Serving of Cold Foods & General Duties assigned by chef
• General Cleaning duties during preparation of foods, to and after canteen service
Start Date: Immediate Start for all positions
Salary: Negotiable pending Level of Experience
