Burst water main affecting homes and businesses near Clonmany

Repair works are taking place today on a burst water main in the Clonmany region.

The problem was first reported on Sunday, and is affecting properties in Ballyliffin and Clonmany, including Ballyliffin Road, Gortfad, Urris, Altnashane and Glenmakee.

Works are scheduled to take place until 3pm today, Monday, Irish Water has confirmed.

A traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works.
