A loving home is wanted for two pet rats which were found on a Donegal roadside.
The rats were found in a plastic box in recent days.
Donegal charity Animals in Need have issued an SOS for new homes for the rats which they have named Lenny and George.
A spokesperson said “Lenny and George are sadly still waiting for their forever homes.
“These 2 very petted white and cream young boys were found in a plastic box on the roadside.
“They make lovely pets, very intelligent and low maintenance.”
