GARDAÍ are appealing for information following a road traffic collision near Raphoe on Monday.
AT 8.40am, a motorist traveling from Carnone to Raphoe reported that a dark blue car traveling in the opposite direction collided with their vehicle.
Damage was caused to the car, the wing mirror smashed.
The driver of the other vehicle was a female and they failed to stop at the scene.
Gardaí have appealed to the other driver to come forward.
Other motorists in the area who may have seen the dark blue car in question or may have dash cam footage are asked to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on 074-9167100.
