Money stolen in burglary at Castlefin house

A sum of money was stolen after a burglary in Castlefin.

An attempt was made to break into the house at Hill Head between 1pm and 11.40pm on October 16th last.

The intruder tried to get in through the front door and then a window but eventually gained access through a rear downstairs window.

Anybody with any information is asked to contact Letterkenny Gardai.
