The Waterboys will play Donegal after a local court granted a license application for the inaugural Fómhair Festival.
The event takes place at the Big Top site on Gweedore Business Park and is presented by ACE Promotions and Seán Ógs, Gaoth Dobhair.
A number of license applications came before Letterkenny District Court today for various nights to cater for several shows over the Halloween period.
Judge Raymond Finnegan granted all the applications subject to a number of agreed condition form the fire officer.
Judge Finnegan told the festival’s solicitor “The best of luck to your client.”
