An investigation has been launched after a burglary at an apartment block in Letterkenny in which a large sum of cash was stolen.
The burglary occurred at Westside Apartments, Lower Main Street, between 8pm on Sunday the 17th of October and 11pm on Thursday the 21st of October.
The door to an apartment there was forced open and entry was gained and a substantial sum of cash was stolen.
Gardai are appealing to anybody, particularly other residents who observed or heard anything in the area at the time to contact them in Letterkenny.
