Donegal T.D. Charlie McConalogue confirmed today that Scoil Naomh Cholmcille, Oilean Thorai, An Bhun Bhig, has received approval to proceed to tender for an extension under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme.
The extension project consists of two new classrooms.
The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine commented: “progression of this project is good news for the local community, for the staff, students and parents of the school and will add to the capacity of the school and to the community.
“I thank Minister Norma Foley for confirming the news and for the work of Cllr Noreen McGarvey and the staff, students and parents of the school for progressing the project”.
