Do you recognise this little dog?

Animals In Need (AIN) are hoping to reunite this little dog with his owners before Christmas.

The dog was found wandering around Lifford on the 22nd November so he is most likely from the area or he could possibly have come from Strabane.

He has been well looked after and was freshly groomed – so recently that he still smelled of shampoo – and must be someone’s pet.

Animals In Need collected him from the Letterkenny Dog Shelter after he spent the mandatory five days in there and he is now in a foster home, but it is hoped that his owners can be traced.

This little fellow could belong to someone who is not on social media.

AIN are asking that anyone who recognises him or who has information to please call their helpline on 087 1356188 or send a message through their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/AINDONEGAL

Proof of ownership will be required.
