Gardai have confirmed that EIGHT mobile homes were broken into on a caravan park in Inishowen.
A number of the homes at Malin Head were ransacked as burglars searched for valuables.
The burglars gained entry to the caravans at Killort between 3pm on Wednesday last and 10am the following morning.
All caravans were vacant at the time.
The caravans were entered when the burglars smashed the glass doors into the homes.
Garda Grainne Doherty appealed to anybody with any information on the burglaries to contact them.
