Nightclubs in Northern Ireland are expected to close from 8pm on December 26, Stormont Ministers have agreed today.
New restrictions are being considered for the hospitality sector over Christmas period, such as table service and limits on table numbers.
Further public health guidance is set to be reintroduced for office workplaces, households and retail settings.
Today, Northern Ireland recorded its highest daily number of Covid cases since the pandemic began. A further three Covid-related deaths and 3,231 positive cases were confirmed today.
