Dry and dull day with some ‘sunny intervals’ – Met Éireann

It will be a mostly dry and dull day across the county, according to Met Éireann.

The national forecaster says any mist and fog will slowly clear this morning.

It will be mostly dry apart from isolated showers and some sunny intervals will develop too.

Highest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees with a light to moderate easterly wind.

Early tonight will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain and the rain will turn persistent overnight.

There will be light easterly winds at first, but winds will increase moderate to fresh and become variable in direction towards morning.

Lowest temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees.
