We are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our Inshore Marine team.
Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will, in addition to growing sales with our existing customer base, be responsible for developing sales with new customers across the sectors we serve.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Up to 75% of the time in this role will be based out on the road throughout Ireland and the remaining 25% will be based in our offices in Killybegs.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Cold calling and lead generation to build your portfolio of customers and expand our customer base
- Plan, implement and achieve agreed quarterly sales targets
- Preparation of quotations and proposals for new work
- Ensure the CRM system within the Company’s MIS is kept updated in line with quotation and sales requests
- Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding balances and answer ad-hoc customer queries as they arise
Requirements:
- Proven multi-channel sales experience in selling a wide range of products
- Highly results driven
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office
- Experience of CRM software would be an advantage
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Full clean driving license
