‘Up to us’ to improve results – Horgan

Finn Harps travel to the capital today to take on Shelbourne and Ollie Horgan knows results need to improve.

Harps will be looking to pick up their first win of the season, as they have picked up two points from their opening five games.

They travel to newly promoted Shelbourne who have picked up 6 points from their opening 6 games and sit in 7th place.

There could be a few familiar faces in the Shelbourne starting 11.

Ollie Horgan told FinnHarps.ie “We know all about the quality Shelbourne have at their disposal. Mark Coyle was a great servant to the club in his time here, while the likes of Sean Boyd and Dan Hawkins chipped in with a number of important goals and assists last season.

We’re disappointed not to have more points on the board at this stage as we feel our play in some games has merited better, but it’s up to us to go out and make it happen on the pitch.”

In team news Regan Donelon, Rob Slevin, Filip Mihaljević and David Webster are doubts.

Kickoff at Tolka Park is 7.45pm.

Injured: None

Suspended: None

Doubtful: Regan Donelon, Rob Slevin, David Webster, Filip Mihaljević
