The Buncrana Roads Policing Unit are out in force today conducting speed checks.
However, they have ‘not yet’ detected any vehicles travelling in excess of the speed limit.
“Thank you to all of you who travel within the legal speed limit. You are helping to save lives,” a garda spokesperson said.
