Job Vacancies: The Lake of Shadows Hotel in Buncrana, Co. Donegal has announced a team expansion with a number of vacancies. The well-established boutique hotel has been operating for well over 30 years.
We are recruiting for the following positions:
Food & Beverage Supervisor
- At least 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant
- Possess experience in the hospitality industry
- Available to work full time including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Be capable of working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Experienced Bar and Waiting Staff
- Available to part-time including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Be capable of working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience an advantage, though not essential as full training will be provided
Experienced Front of House Staff
- Provide great customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of word and excel
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Bar/Waiting knowledge and experience are an advantage, though not essential as full training will be provided
- Be flexible and available to work daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts
Experienced Night Porter
- This is a part-time role which includes shifts and weekend work.
- Be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight and abide by all health & safety legislation.
- Can work on your own initiative and be able to work well with others
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with all department personnel.
- Relevant experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
