The development will consist of the change of use of the existing historic building for use as a community facility.

The redeloped house will incorporate staff facilities, co-working area, office accommodation including office space visitable by members of the public.

The development will also include the construction of two storey building facing Shore Road to provide exhibition space on ground floor and multi-purpose room on first floor, including platform lift, steps and landscaping between the two buildings.
