A Kilmacrennan man has pleaded guilty to attacking a car and a house when he appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court.
Denis McGettigan, 56, is charged with two counts of criminal damage in Milford on February 7th, 2021.
He is charged with damaging two lights on a Peugeot Partner van belonging to a Mr Hugh Flood.
He is also charged with breaking the window of a dwelling houe belonging to a Ms Kathleen McGettigan.
McGettigan pleaded guilty to both charges.
His barrister Mr Sean Magee sought a psychological report on behalf of his client.
Judge John Aylmer adjourned the case until the October sitting of the court for final sentence when full facts will be heard in the case.
