Ryan Griffin to represent Ireland at World University Championships

Ryan Griffin will represent Ireland at the upcoming World University Championships in Italy.

The Ballybofey & Stranorlar player is one of six Irish golfers who will compete at Royal Park I Riveri in Torino from to 20th-23rd of July.

The team consists of Ryan, Allan Hill (Roscommon), Simon Walker (Roscommon), Anna Dawson (Tramore), Kate Dwyer (Rossmore) and Clodagh Walsh (Castlewarden).

Griffin finished tied for 6th place at the Flogas Irish Men’s Amateur Open Championship in tough conditions at The Island last month.
