The Lough Swilly RNLI has again appealed to motorists not to park in lifeboat launching areas.

Again folks, please be mindful when parking at Ned’s Point and Buncrana Pier,” an RNLI spokesperson said.

“Traditionally, this is a busy time for our station and a delayed launch could cost lives.

“It’s fantastic seeing so many people enjoying the good weather, but please be mindful of the yellow boxes and park elsewhere, especially at the pier.”
