Introduction to Menopause – FREE Course. Increase your understanding of the symptoms, causes and stages of the menopause. It offers information on treatments and supports available to help you manage menopause. Healthy Me Workshop – A FREE vibrant and engaging mental health promotion programme for parents/carers will be held in Mevagh FRC on Tuesday 8th November @ 7pm – 8:30pm. Trauma informed mental health awareness, increase your awareness of signs/symptoms of mental ill health, learn self-care techniques, understand our children’s Healthy Me Programme and find out about sources of supports. Baby Massage – 4-week FREE programme, facilitated by Emma Boyle starts on Tuesday 8th November from 11am – 12:30pm, suitable for babies 0 – 7 months (pre-crawlers). To book you place, Tel: 074 9155055.
Senior Alert Scheme – a personal monitored alarm for people aged 65+, of limited means. It enables older people to live securely and independently in their homes. The installation and equipment is free and if you connect to a landline, the monitoring is free for the first year. Charges apply to alarms set up via Sim Card). Part funded by Pobal. Busy Bees Parent, Baby & Toddler group – This group is aimed at parents/carers and children 0-5 years old. We meet every Friday 10am – 12pm. €3 per family.

All public service application forms available, assistance with form filling and letter writing, Advocacy etc. We also cover Consumer Rights & Entitlements, HSE Entitlements, Social Welfare, Education and Local Authority related issues.
