Moville’s Niamh Cavanagh has helped her Monaghan club side reach the All-Ireland JFC club semi-final.

Cavanagh represents Castleblayney Faughs, who defeated Belgium’s Craobh Rua 2-18 to 4-2 yesterday.

The Monaghan side travelled to Maastricht in The Netherlands, on the Belgian border for their quarter-final with the Brussels based side.

Cavanagh was named at corner back for her club, who will now contest the All-Ireland JFC Club Semi-Final this Sunday against Ballyvourney in Cork.
