St. Eunan’s were too strong for Glenfin as they were crowned the inaugural Donegal LGFA Under-21 Champions in Killygordon.

The Letterkenny girls began to dominate from the second quarter, with goals from goals Claire Doherty and Niamh Harkin, as they went in 2-4 to 0-3 ahead at half-time.

Niamh Walsh added slowly to the scoreline with five points of her own, as St. Eunan’s consistently notched up scores.

Katie Long found the back of the net for Glenfin, but it was too little, too late at that point.

Doherty added an extra point and the final goal of the game came from St. Eunan’s as Aoibhin Randles found the back of the net.
