Following the announcement of Andrew Foley as the new Under-17 Head Coach at the end of last week, the club have today announced the appointment of David McHugh as Head Coach of the Under-15 side.
McHugh holds a UEFA A Elite Youth license and has been involved with the Athlone Town Women’s team as well as Longford Town’s Under-19’s in recent years.
He also holds a PhD in Sports Psychology and is a programme director at Setanta College.
Andrew Foley, who was part of Ollie Horgan’s backroom staff until earlier this year, takes over as Under-17 Head Coach.
Wexford man Foley has coached across the world, from Spain to Dubai to the United States.
He also was at Bohemians and Wexford before coming to Donegal to join Ollie Horgan’s backroom team in 2020.
