Another bitterly cold night in store – Met Éireann

Temperatures are forecast to drop to as low as -3 tonight.

According to Met Éireann, some showers this afternoon will also be wintry and lead to icy conditions. 

Daytime temperatures of +1 to +4 degrees generally, with a light to moderate southwest breeze.

It will be bitterly cold tonight again, with clear spells and scattered showers, some of which will be wintry and lead to icy conditions. 

Areas of mist and fog will develop, particularly inland. Lowest temperatures of 0 to -3 degrees in light to moderate southwest winds.
